Where do you deliver to?

We deliver to:

• England
• Northern Ireland
• Scotland
• Wales

We can't deliver to:

• Billing addresses outside the UK including the Channel Islands.
• The BFPO (British Forces Post Office). For more info, visit the BFPO website .
• PO boxes, educational establishments, hospitals, MOD establishments or work addresses that aren't on our database.

If you're buying online

We'll do our best to deliver your order to the address you choose at the checkout. If we need to deliver to your billing address we'll email you to let you know. Don't worry - if you can't be there DPD can arrange a re-delivery at a convenient time.  

Deliveries to Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands

Deliveries to Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands are sent by DPD, and are scheduled to arrive between 8.30am and 5.30pm.

We do our best to deliver within 1-2 working days.

If you order before 9pm on Friday, your order will be delivered on Monday. If you place your order after 9PM on Friday, your order will be delivered on Tuesday.

Deliveries can take longer if an item is held up at customs.

Sorry, but we’re unable to change your delivery address after your order has been sent out for delivery. If you’re not in and miss the first attempted delivery, don’t worry - DPD or Royal Mail will leave you a card explaining how to arrange a re-delivery.
